Shops in our commerce network — over 300 independent online stores. If you placed an order at one of them, signing in with your checkout email will bring it up automatically. Don't see an order? It's almost always because a different email was used at checkout.
No password, ever. You enter your email, we send a 6-digit code, and you're in. The code expires after 10 minutes and is only valid once.
Your email address, the orders tied to it, and — if you allow notifications — an anonymous device token. No payment card numbers, no location, no contacts. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
Yes — Settings → Delete account, right inside the app. It removes your Shipello account, sign-in tokens and device tokens immediately. Your past orders still belong to the store you bought from.
No. Order updates and delivery alerts are the default; promotional messages are off unless you turn them on. Every category has its own switch in Settings.
